I'm so thankful I was able to be a part of Ashlee and Brock's celebration on the weekend! They were married in front of just 8 of their closest family members along with myself, Glen from Directors Edge, Celebrant Teagan Dole and Cye from Essence providing some beautiful tunes throughout the ceremony.
Ashlee and Brock had previously had planned a larger wedding at Chateau Dore on the same date and did initially postpone the plans but when some restrictions changed they decided to go with their original date and I'm so glad they did.
Ashlee got ready with her mum at the Lakeside Hotel in Bendigo. The room was quite a buzz with lots of giggles and a few sneaky balcony checks to see who was waiting below. Although her friends couldn't be there on the day, Ashlee had organised for them to meet her below before she headed off for the ceremony. Brock got ready at Ashlee's mum's house with the help of her Brother Josh, Step Dad Deano and Poppy.
The ceremony was beautiful and I'm sure everyone shed a tear at some point, although Brock maybe more than once. After the ceremony Ashlee and Brock got to relax with everyone on the lawn before we headed off for some photos around the beautiful gardens at Chateau Dore. We even snuck into the cellar for a few photos before parting ways.
Ashlee and Brock had organised to meet their guests at the Woodhouse for an evening of good food and we caught up with them to go and catch sunset on Victoria Hill. The grass was long and the sun was beaming down, Ashlee and Brock were so relaxed and just looked like they were having so much fun! It was a great way to finish the evening.
