Brad and Bek - Private Farm Wedding, Geelong
FUN!
That is the only way to describe this super fun farm wedding which was in Meredith, near Geelong. We hadn't had a chance to meet Brad and Bek before their wedding, but from the moment we walked in the door it was like we were hanging out with old friends.
They weren't too concerned with their schedule, actually most of times on the official running sheet had an 'ish' after them! After the Ceremony at St Peter and Paul's Catholic Church in Geelong we headed off to the first photo spot, which was where Brad proposed. As the limo door opens we hear Dr DRE playing at full noise and the bridal party came spilling out smiling and laughing!! This day just kept getting better and better!
Before we go any further you need a little back story. Brad and Bek met on the school bus and both of their parents are chicken farmers. They originally planned to have their wedding in Echuca but when we heard that they had decided to have it on Bek's parents family farm we were so excited! The Happy Hens Egg Farm provided the perfect setting with beautiful trees and panoramic views of the valley.
We got back to the farm after a quick stop at the gates to get a photo with the giant chicken statues (yes, that's right!) and the party was already off to a great start.
Once the band, Hey Charger got started the dance floor was filled all night. Our photobooth also got plenty of use!
Before we knew it Brad and Bek were heading off into the night to get ready for their honeymoon in the USA. Brad surprised Bek with tickets on the morning of the wedding, well played Brad!
We were laughing all the way back to Bendigo remembering all of the funny things that happened, thanks so much for a great day!!!
